Visiting
We are on a quiet residential street in Conroe, just north of The Woodlands and easy to reach from Spring, Willis and Montgomery.
- Park on the driveway or on the street, there is plenty of room
- Call ahead and we will have everything ready
- Tours every day, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, last booking at 5:00 PM
- Bring whoever needs to be part of the decision, siblings included
If you need someone other than us
Not every call should come to a care home, and these numbers are worth having whether or not you ever speak to us.
- A medical emergency
- Call 911. Do not wait to reach us first.
- A complaint about any Texas facility
- The Long-Term Care Ombudsman is independent of every provider in the state, ours included, on 1-800-252-2412. Texas HHSC takes complaints on 1-800-458-9858.
- You are not sure we are even the right kind of place
- Call us anyway. If assisted living is not what is needed, or if Medicaid is your only route and you need a provider who accepts it, we would rather spend five minutes pointing you somewhere useful than have you lose a fortnight.
The easiest first step is a phone call.
Tell us what is going on. Ten minutes on the phone will usually tell you more than an afternoon of reading websites, ours included.
